Copies of Certificates. Prior to commencement of work, Consultant shall furnish to County certificates of insurance policies evidencing the required coverage. If a policy ends during the term of this agreement the Consultant shall forward new certificates of insurance showing continuity of coverage.
Copies of Certificates. Etc Whenever the Grantor is required to --------------------------- deliver notices, certificates, opinions, statements or other information hereunder to the Agent for delivery to any Lender, it shall do so in such number of copies as the Agent shall reasonably specify.

Copies of Certificates of entry Each Obligor shall ensure that any protection and indemnity and/or war risks associations in which the Ship owned by it is entered provide the Security Agent with: (a) a copy of the certificate of entry for that Ship; (b) a letter or letters of undertaking in such form as may be required by the Facility Agent; and (c) a copy of each certificate of financial responsibility for pollution by oil or other Environmentally Sensitive Material issued by the relevant certifying authority in relation to that Ship. 22.8 Deposit of original policies Each Obligor shall ensure that all policies relating to obligatory insurances effected by it are deposited with the Approved Brokers through which the insurances are effected or renewed. 22.9 Payment of premiums Each Obligor shall punctually pay all premiums or other sums payable in respect of the obligatory insurances effected by it and produce all relevant receipts when so required by the Facility Agent or the Security Agent.
Copies of Certificates. In conjunction with the “Second Closing” (as defined in the RB/Owner Purchase Agreement), RB shall provide to the Owner written certificates of insurance evidencing the insurance coverage required to be maintained pursuant to sections 7.1 and 7.2.

Copies of Certificates evidencing the existence of the foregoing insurance, shall be promptly delivered to Tenant upon Tenant's request therefor. All such policies shall be issued by reputable and responsible insurance companies authorized to do business in New Jersey.
