Board Assessment. The Board may assess fines against an Owner for violations of any restriction set forth in the Documents which have been committed by an Owner or Occupant, or the Owner or Occupant’s family, guests, employees, contractors, agents or invitees. Any fine and/or charge for damage levied in accordance with this Section 4.14 will be considered an Individual Assessment. Each day of violation may be considered a separate violation if the violation continues after written notice to the Owner. The Board may assess damage charges against an Owner for pecuniary loss to the Association from property damage or destruction of Common Area by the Owner or Occupant, or the Owner or Occupant’s family, guests, employees, contractors, agents or invitees. The Board or the Manager will have authority to send notices to alleged violators, informing them of their violations and asking them to comply with the rules and/or informing them of potential or probable fines or damage assessments. The Board may from time to time adopt a schedule of fines. All fines must be approved by Founder.

Board Assessment. 11.1. The Board shall be assessed annually and which assessment will be aligned to the Board Assessment Tool as developed by the Minister. The details of the assessment shall be shared with the Minister to carry out her responsibility as the Executive Authority.
