Basements and Garages. At the Avenues Houses, Tenant will not store personal items, with the exception of laundry products and non-motorized bicycles, in Rental Property basement or garage. At The Tidelands, Tenant will not store any personal items in the garage.

Basements and Garages. At the Avenues Houses, Resident will not store personal items, with the exception of laundry products and non-motorized bicycles, in University Housing basement or garage. At Tidelands and Mount Zion, Resident will not store any personal items in the garage.
Basements and Garages. In the event the Premises has a basement or garage, the garage and basement shall not be used as living space. Any use of the basement or garage shall be at Tenant's own risk. If the unit has the required egress windows in basement bedrooms, that is allowable living space. Tenant agrees to be responsible for maintaining these areas properly. Manager shall not be liable for tenant’s property, refer to paragraph 37.
Basements and Garages. In the event the premises have a basement or garage, use of the basement or garage is not included in the rent, nor shall it be considered living space. No sleeping quarters may be established or maintained in any garage or basement. Any use of the basement or garage shall be at Tenants' own risk. Tenants agree to be responsible for keeping the basement or garage clean and free from any gas, grease, or oil. Tenants shall not store hazardous, explosive, inflammable, illegal, or combustible materials on the premises.
