ACCESS TO PLANTS AND PROPERTIES. Seller shall comply with all the rules and regulations established by Buyer for access to and activities in and around premises controlled by Buyer or Buyer’s customer.

In addition, Seller acknowledges that Xxxxx may perform routine background checks on Seller personnel. Seller shall include the substance of this clause, including this flowdown requirement, in all subcontracts awarded by Seller for work under this Contract.
