AWT Facilities use of existing primary and secondary treatment facilities at the Regional Treatment Plant, as well as new pre-treatment, advanced water treatment (AWT), product water stabilization, product water pump station, and concentrate disposal facilities. Product Water Facilities – new pipelines, pipeline capacity rights, booster pump station(s), appurtenant facilities along one of two optional pipeline alignments to move the product water from the Regional Treatment Plant to the Seaside Groundwater Basin injection well facilities. Injection Facilities – new deep and vadose zone xxxxx to inject Proposed Project product water into the Seaside Groundwater Basin, along with associated back-flush facilities, pipelines, electricity/ power distribution facilities, and electrical/motor control buildings. EXHIBIT C Delivery Point AWT Water will be injected into the Seaside Groundwater Basin using new injection xxxxx. The proposed new Injection Well Facilities will be located east of General Xxx Xxxxx Boulevard, south of Eucalyptus Road in the City of Seaside, including up to eight injection xxxxx (four deep injection xxxxx, four vadose zone xxxxx, in pairs identified as #5, #6, #7, and #8 in the figure below), six monitoring xxxxx, and back-flush facilities. Related to AWT Facilities

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • PUBLIC FACILITIES Supplier’s employees may be required to perform work at government- owned facilities, including schools. Supplier’s employees and agents must conduct themselves in a professional manner while on the premises, and in accordance with Participating Entity policies and procedures, and all applicable laws.

  • Laundry Facilities SF State University assumes no responsibility in the use of laundry equipment or for lost items.

  • Access to Facilities Each of the Company and each of its Subsidiaries will permit any representatives designated by the Purchaser (or any successor of the Purchaser), upon reasonable notice and during normal business hours, at such person's expense and accompanied by a representative of the Company, to:

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to CBB.

  • School Facilities 0000 X 00xx X, Xxxxx Xxxxx, XX 00000. The School shall provide reasonable notification to the Authorizer of any change in the location of its facilities.

  • Interconnection Facilities 4.1.1 The Interconnection Customer shall pay for the cost of the Interconnection Facilities itemized in Attachment 2 of this Agreement. The NYISO, in consultation with the Connecting Transmission Owner, shall provide a best estimate cost, including overheads, for the purchase and construction of its Interconnection Facilities and provide a detailed itemization of such costs. Costs associated with Interconnection Facilities may be shared with other entities that may benefit from such facilities by agreement of the Interconnection Customer, such other entities, the NYISO, and the Connecting Transmission Owner.
