A percentage of all products, rights, benefits, obligations, and liabilities, without limitation, pursuant to the Power Purchase Agreement, including but not limited to Facility Output (or Replacement Energy, when applicable), Capacity Rights and Environmental Attributes.
Buyer may, at ▇▇▇▇▇’s own risk and expense, report to any Person that the Capacity Rights belong to it.
