Project Product means the final project deliverables as defined in the project plan meeting all agreed and approved acceptance criteria.

  • As of the Effective Date, and from thenceforth, neither Party, nor any of its respective Affiliates, has been or will be debarred or is subject or will be subject to debarment and no such party will use in any capacity, in connection with the Development, manufacture or commercialization of a Project Product, any person who has been debarred pursuant to Section 306 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act of the United States of America, or who is the subject of a conviction described in such section.

Related to Project Product

  • Final Product means a product that is not used in producing other products and is built and intended for use outdoors, provided the final product has not deteriorated or has otherwise become a potential source of contaminants.

  • Development Work means the work of development to be performed on or with respect to the Land (including, without limitation, the installation of utilities, roads and all related on-site and off-site improvements) in connection with the development of the Land for the subsequent construction thereon of Homes, all of which work and construction shall be completed by or on behalf of the Borrower in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, but shall not include the Construction Improvements.
