AUTHORS. 2.1. The individual/s identified in Schedule 2: Authors are the authors of the Work (“Author/s”). The Assignor represents and warrants that he or she has full right and power to enter into this Agreement, and (where the Assignor is not the sole author) that the Author/s of the Work consent and agree to the terms of this Agreement and have irrevocably granted all rights in the Work to the Assignor for assignment to Xxxxxxx Science in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon request from Xxxxxxx Science, the Assignor shall at his/her own expense provide written evidence of the same to Xxxxxxx Science.

The Corresponding Author represents and warrants that he or she has full right and power to enter into this Agreement, and (where the Corresponding Author is not the sole author) that the Author/s of the Work consent and agree to the terms of this Agreement and have irrevocably granted all rights in the Work to the Corresponding Author in order to allow Xxxxxxx Open to publish the Work in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Upon request from Xxxxxxx Open, the Corresponding Author shall at his/her own expense provide written evidence of the same to Xxxxxxx Open.
AUTHORS. All investigators who meet the criteria established by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE)for authorship. AUTHORS. Each Participant shall, without prejudice to any rights of authors under its national laws, take necessary steps to provide the co-operation with its authors required to carry out the provisions of this paragraph. Each Participant will assume the responsibility to pay awards or compensation required to be paid to its employees according to the laws of its country.
AUTHORS. The Publisher agrees to present to the Author 100 (one COPIES hundred) free copies of said Work upon publication, and to permit the Author to purchase from it further copies for its own personal use, at a discount of forty percent off list price. Author shall be billed directly for these copies, and shall make payment therefor within 30 days of invoice date. No consignment sales shall be made to Author. Author shall not receive royalties on sales made to him.

Each Annex Participant shall, without prejudice to any rights of authors under its national laws, take necessary steps to provide the co-operation with its authors required to carry out the provisions of this paragraph. Each Annex Participant will assume the responsibility to pay awards or compensation required to be paid to its employees according to the laws of its country.
