Deduction of Dues (a) The Company agrees to deduct from the wages of each employee, upon proper authorization from the employee affected, such initiation fees, union dues, fines and assessments as are authorized by regular and proper vote of the membership of the Union. The Company agrees to honor a written assignment for initiation fees and union dues on behalf of any employee who is or becomes a member of the Union. Union dues will be deducted and remitted to the Union starting on the new employee’s date of hire.
Notification of Deduction The Union shall inform the Employer in writing of the authorized deduction to be checked off for Employees mentioned in Article 11.01.
Authorization for Deductions The City shall deduct Association dues, initiation fees, premiums for insurance programs and political action fund contributions from an employee's pay upon receipt by the Controller of a form authorizing such deductions by the employee. The City shall pay over to the designated payee all sums so deducted. Upon request of the Association, the Controller agrees to meet with the Association to discuss and attempt to resolve issues pertaining to delivery of services relating to such deductions.
PAYROLL DEDUCTION OF DUES 4.1: On receipt of a lawfully executed written authorization from an employee, on a form approved by the City’s Director, General Accounting Division, the City will deduct each pay period from the employee’s pay, the amount specified by said employee, but not less than regular dues.

Collection of Dues (a) Upon receipt of a “Payroll Deduction Authorization” from an employee, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit I, AT&T will initiate deductions for amounts equal to Union Dues (and, if authorized, an Initiation Fee) from such Article 7 employee’s salary or wages, sickness or disability payments, or other benefit payments or vacation payments.
Dues Deduction 6.2.1 The District shall deduct, in accordance with the CSEA dues and service fee schedule approved by the CSEA delegates, dues from the wages of all employees who are members of CSEA on the date of the execution of this Agreement, and who have submitted dues authorization forms to the District.
Payroll Deduction of Fair Share Fee The Board shall deduct from the pay of all employees in the bargaining unit who elect not to become or to remain members of the Association, a Fair Share Fee for the Association’s representation of such non-members during the term of this Agreement. No non-member filing a timely demand shall be required to subsidize partisan political or ideological causes not germane to the Association’s work in the realm of collective bargaining.

Notification of the Amount of Fair Share Fee Notice of the amount of the annual fair share fee, which shall not be more than 100% of the unified dues of the employee organization, shall be transmitted by the employee organization to the Board Treasurer on or about September 15 of each year during the term of this Agreement for the purpose of determining amounts to be payroll-deducted, and the Board agrees to promptly transmit all amounts deducted to the employee organization.
