AUDITING, MONITORING AND VERIFICATION. Customer also agrees to allow I&M and Contractor, to access its facilities for the purpose of confirming Customer’s participation in the Program, inspecting installed LCS, and verifying the energy savings achieved through the Program. Customer agrees to cooperate with I&M and Contractor, as necessary. Customer also agrees to remedy any issue arising from auditing and monitoring results at no additional cost within the timeframe provided by the Program. Customer understands that any incentives may be withheld if Customer refuses to participate in any required verification within a reasonable period. Customer verifies that all LCSs are installed in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and manufacturer’s specifications.

Home Builder agrees to cooperate with CLEAResult, Contractor, Sponsor and the PUC, as necessary. Home Builder also agrees to remedy any issue arising from auditing and monitoring results within the timeframe provided by the Program. Home Builder understands that any incentives may be withheld if Home Builder refuses to participate in any required verification within a reasonable period. Home Builder verifies that all EEM is installed in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and manufacturer’s specifications.

Customer agrees to cooperate with CLEAResult, ComEd, and the third-party evaluators, as necessary. Customer also agrees to remedy any issue arising from auditing and monitoring results at no additional cost within the time frame provided by the Program. Customer understands that any incentives may be withheld if Customer refuses to participate in any required verification within a reasonable period. Customers are limited to a maximum of $2,000,000 in total yearly incentives. Customer verifies that all EEM are implemented in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and manufacturer’s specifications.
AUDITING, MONITORING AND VERIFICATION. CLEAResult and/or Sponsor will audit and monitor some or all Program services performed by Contractor to ensure compliance with Program requirements and to verify the energy savings achieved through the Program. Contractor agrees to cooperate with CLEAResult and Sponsor, as necessary. Contractor also agrees to remedy any issue(s) arising from auditing and monitoring results at no additional cost within the timeframe provided by the Program. CLEAResult or Sponsor may perform quality control on any or all work performed by Contractor, with or without notice to Contractor, and by any means CLEAResult or Sponsor may select, including accompanying Contractor to a Customer’s location. Failure of Contractor to meet quality standards will be grounds for termination of this Agreement. Contractor shall use its best efforts to obtain Customer cooperation in allowing CLEAResult or Sponsor access to the Customer’s location for this purpose.

Customer understands that any rebates may be withheld if Customer refuses to participate in any required verification within a reasonable period. Customer verifies that all EEM is installed in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and manufacturer’s specifications.
AUDITING, MONITORING AND VERIFICATION. Participant agrees to allow KUB, TVA, and Contractor access to its home for the purpose of confirming Participant’s participation in the Pilot and installing smart thermostat(s). Participant agrees to cooperate with KUB, TVA, and Contractor as necessary throughout the Pilot. Participant understands that any incentives may be withheld if Participant refuses to participate in any required verification within a reasonable time period. Participant also understands that all smart thermostat(s) are installed in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Customer shall reasonably cooperate with CLEAResult, Sponsor and the CPUC by allowing access to its facilities for the purpose of confirming Customer’s participation in the Program, inspecting implemented EEM, verifying the energy savings achieved through the Program, and other actions necessary in performing this Agreement. Customer understands that Sponsor may withhold any incentives if Customer refuses to participate in any reasonable verification that the EEM have been installed within a reasonable period. Customer shall cause all EEMs to be implemented in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws and manufacturer’s specifications.
