REASONABLE VERIFICATION Sample Clauses

The Reasonable Verification clause requires a party to take appropriate steps to confirm the accuracy or authenticity of certain information, documents, or representations provided under the agreement. In practice, this may involve checking official records, requesting supporting documentation, or conducting due diligence to ensure that claims made by the other party are truthful and reliable. This clause helps prevent fraud or misrepresentation by obligating parties to actively verify key facts before relying on them, thereby reducing the risk of disputes arising from inaccurate or false information.
