At Site. All materials, equipment and machinery, labour and supplies of any nature whatsoever, Work in progress, including property of the insured or of others for which the insured may have assumed responsibility, to be used in or incidental to the Site preparations, demolition or existing structures, erection and/or fabrication and/or reconstruction and/or repair of the project insured, commencing when the property becomes at the insured's risk, at the Site, and while there awaiting, during and subsequent to erection and/or fabrication and/or repair and/or testing.

At Site. After installation assembly works, the purpose of the tests is to verify, record and acknowledge that the equipment is capable of performing regular service under normal operating conditions. The machine performance shall be demonstrated by the supplier after successful commissioning at the consignee’s works. Thereafter, the consignee shall watch performance for a period of two month or re profiling of 20 trains, whichever is later before the final proving test certificate is issued.   • Project Site The “Project Site” is the place where the Work is being carried on.

  • The Site The site of the Project Highway (the “Site”) shall comprise the site described in Schedule-A in respect of which the Right of Way shall be provided by the Authority to the Contractor. The Authority shall be responsible for:

  • Inspection of Equipment  The Contractor’s equipment is inspected by an authorised Eskom employee on arrival at the site.  The following documentation is required to accompany the equipment where applicable: copies of all test certificates and maintenance records.  Lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be marked with a unique number, code or colour code for identification. If the equipment is found to be in an unsatisfactory condition or if insufficient maintenance has been carried out on the equipment then it will not be approved for use on Site. A list of all lifting equipment and electrical equipment must be submitted to the Employer at least 2 days prior to the occupation date. This list must indicate the unique number and description of the equipment.  Training requirements must comply with the Works Information and statutory requirements.

  • Leased Equipment The risk of loss or damage to leased equipment, goods or property shall not transfer to the University except as provided in §680.219, Florida Statutes. Any security interest in the leased equipment, goods or property granted to the Contractor contrary to AGO 79-72 and AGO 80-9 is null and void. Limitations of remedies provisions, which are unconscionable under applicable Florida law, are void. MATERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET (MSDS). In compliance with Florida Statutes, Ch. 442, a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) must accompany any applicable item delivered under this Agreement.

  • Facilities and Equipment Except as set forth herein, Consultant shall, at its sole cost and expense, provide all facilities and equipment that may be necessary to perform the services required by this Agreement. City shall make available to Consultant only the facilities and equipment listed in this section, and only under the terms and conditions set forth herein. City shall furnish physical facilities such as desks, filing cabinets, and conference space, as may be reasonably necessary for Consultant’s use while consulting with City employees and reviewing records and the information in possession of the City. The location, quantity, and time of furnishing those facilities shall be in the sole discretion of City. In no event shall City be obligated to furnish any facility that may involve incurring any direct expense, including but not limited to computer, cellular telephone, long-distance telephone, or other communication charges, vehicles, and reproduction facilities. If the performance of the work specified in Exhibit A requires destructive testing or other work within the City’s public right-of-way, Consultant, or Consultant’s subconsultant, shall obtain an encroachment permit from the City.

  • Closeout of Equipment 1. At the end of the term of a Contract that has no additional renewals or that will not be renewed (Closeout), or when a Contract is otherwise terminated, Grantee will submit to the SUD email box, XxxxxxxxxXxxxx.Xxxxxxxxx@xxxx.xxxxx.xx.xx an inventory of equipment purchased with System Agency funds and request disposition instructions for such equipment.

  • Use of Facilities and Equipment The Union shall have the right to use school facilities for meetings and school equipment, including, but not limited to, typewriters, computers, printers, duplicating equipment, FAX machines, calculating machines, and all types of audio-visual equipment when such equipment is not otherwise in use. The Union shall pay for the cost of all materials and supplies incident to such use and shall be responsible for proper operation of all such equipment.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.

  • Sites Sites shall mean the locations set forth in the Contract Documentation.

  • Office Space, Equipment and Facilities Provide such office space, office equipment and office facilities as are adequate to fulfill the Adviser’s obligations hereunder.
