Rejected Work Add 4. If the Contractor does not make good any rejected work in a timely and satisfactory manner, then at the discretion of the Contract Administrator, Other Contractors may be engaged by the Owner to make good the rejected work, with the costs of such repair work to be deducted from progress payments owing to the Contractor or otherwise recovered from the Contractor.
