Test Certificate definition

Test Certificate means a certificate materially in the form of the document contained in Annex 2 of (Testing Procedures) issued by the Purchaser when a Deliverable has satisfied its relevant Test Success Criteria.
Test Certificate means a certificate materially in the form of the document contained in Annex 2 issued by the Customer when a Deliverable has satisfied its relevant Test Success Criteria;
