Assistance Grants. Participant hereby acknowledges that the Issuer may, with respect to a Program, establish Assistance Grants in one or more of the Participating Counties designated by the Issuer, whereby it makes its funds available for down payment and/or closing costs assistance to qualifying applicants associated with Mortgage Loans originated pursuant to this Agreement, as more fully described in the related Invitation and in the applicable Administrator’s Guidelines. The amount and terms of Assistance Grants may change at any time pursuant to Authority Directives. Moneys available for Assistance Grants must be used on a first-come, first-served basis to applicants purchasing a Single Family Residence located in such Participating Counties subject to the terms, conditions and restrictions specified in the applicable Administrator’s Guidelines. Participants will be reimbursed for advances of Assistance Grants by the Servicer upon the Purchase of a Mortgage Loan as described in the applicable Lender’s Guide.

Assistance Grants. Parent understands and agrees that (i) as a result of the execution of this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, all or a portion of the financial assistance granted by certain Governmental Authorities to the SAP Business pursuant to the * Assistance Grants may become immediately due and payable to such Governmental Authorities and (ii) in the event any such amounts become due and payable to such Governmental Authorities pursuant to the * Assistance Grants solely as a result of the entering into of this Agreement or the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby, (x) Parent will be responsible for promptly paying such amounts to the applicable Governmental Authority or (y) Parent will indemnify the Purchaser and its Affiliates from any Losses or Liabilities incurred as a result of the failure of Parent to pay such amounts that become due and payable as described in clause (ii) above.
Assistance Grants. Volunteer Fire Assistance (VFA) and Rural Fire Assistance (RFA) are Federal grant programs administered by DNR that provide funds for fire equipment, training, and initial fire department organization to fire departments serving small communities under 10,000 in population. Fire District Assistance (FIREDAC) is State funding for fire districts administered by DNR for the same purposes. Eligible Departments may apply for assistance grant projects each year, under the terms and conditions provided to Department on the DNR Fire District Assistance website at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx. If approved for funding, the Department must comply with all program requirements some of which are identified on the website and described in Attachment D — Assistance Grants, which is incorporated by reference herein.

  • Directory Assistance Service Updates 8.3.3.1 BellSouth shall update end user listings changes daily. These changes include:

  • Payments for Distribution Assistance and Administrative Support Services (a) Payments to the Distributor. In consideration of the payments made by the Fund to the Distributor under this Plan, the Distributor shall provide administrative support services and distribution services to the Fund.   • Termination Assistance Services Following the termination of this Agreement and/or any Ordering Document, the Parties may agree for Axway to provide transition services pursuant to a duly executed SOW, during which time this Agreement will continue in full force and effect solely to the extent necessary to allow such transition services to be performed. Axway agrees that the costs for any such services shall be comparable to the fees charged to other customers for similar types of services.

  • Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application The Coronavirus Relief Fund – Rental Assistance Application should contain all the necessary information to determine whether a Household is potentially eligible for CRF assistance. In accordance with the provisions of Sections 760.20-760.37, Fla. Stat., it is unlawful to discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, familial status, national origin, or handicap in the award application process for Eligible Housing.
