Fire District(s) definition

Fire District(s) or "Insurance Districts" means an area within a city, town, municipality, or county that is established in order to provide fire prevention and fire suppression services.
Fire District(s) means the Park City Fire Service District, the North Summit Fire Service District, and/or the South Summit Fire Protection District.
Fire District(s) means NGRFPD and SGRFPD, individually and collectively. “Initial Term” has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 7.1.

  • Fire District shall cause all schools, industrial and mercantile establishments and fire protective installations in its service area as set forth in Exhibit A herein to be inspected periodically by the Fire District's qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes and regulations and variances thereto granted in writing by the City.

  • The Town also may request that the Fire District commence an enforcement action in Boulder County District Court, utilizing the Fire District's legal counsel.

  • In order to better perform their obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall develop long range strategic planning for the Fire District's provision of Emergency Services within the Town.

  • The Town shall consider the Fire District's comments regarding provision of Emergency Services, potential locations for additional fire stations, and other matters, but such comments shall be non-binding and nothing herein shall require the Town to impose any condition or exaction upon any development proposal.

  • The Parties also understand and agree that the Fire District's ability to provide Emergency Services to land annexed to the Town in the future may be contingent upon expansion of and/or change in the nature of the Fire District's facilities, equipment, and personnel.

  • This Agreement does not cover: (a) Emergency Medical Services provided by any other individual or entity for any reason, including but not limited to, the Fire District's ambulance/personnel were unavailable to respond to the emergency incident; and, (b) non- emergency ambulance transportation for routine, scheduled, or other non-emergency medical care.

  • The Town also may request that the Fire District prosecute an enforcement action in Boulder County District Court, utilizing the Fire District's legal counsel.

Fire District(s) means the Sonoma Valley Fire Protection District and Sonoma County Fire Protection District which are independent fire districts organized under the 1987 Fire Protection District Laws (Health and Safety Code §§13800 et seq.) within the County of Sonoma which have prepared the necessary documentation to comply with the Mitigation Fee Act and seek to benefit from these provisions.
Fire District(s) means NGRFPD and SGRFPD, individually and collectively.

  • Fire district means a fire district constituted as such by or pursuant to the provisions of the Fire Brigades Act;
