Arbitrator’s Fees and Expenses. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each Party shall pay (i) the fees and disbursements of its own attorneys and the expenses of its proof, and (ii) half of the fees and expenses of the AAA and the arbitrator(s), in each case irrespective of outcome.
