Approvals and authorisations. The Current Issuer Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, the approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the business of the Current Issuer and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the Current Issuer, all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the business of the Current Issuer and shall, so far as it reasonably can do so, perform the Current Issuer Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.

The Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, the approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the respective businesses of the Mortgages Trustee and Funding and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the Mortgages Trustee and Funding, all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the respective businesses of the Mortgages Trustee and Funding and shall, so far as it reasonably can do so, perform the Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.

The Administrator shall prepare and submit on behalf of the CBC all necessary applications and requests for any approval, authorisation, consent or licence required by the CBC in connection with the CBC Services and the exercise of its rights and the performance of its obligations thereunder and shall, so far as it reasonably can do so, perform the CBC Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approval, authorisation, consent or licence.

The Eighth Issuer Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, the approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the business of the Eighth Issuer and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the Eighth Issuer all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the business of the Eighth Issuer and shall, so far as it is reasonably able to do so, perform the Eighth Issuer Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.

The Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, the approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the respective businesses of the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1 and Funding 2 and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1 and Funding 2, all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the respective businesses of the Mortgages Trustee, Funding 1 and Funding 2 and shall, so far as it is reasonably able to do so, perform the Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.

The Administrators shall prepare and submit on behalf of the Issuer all necessary applications and requests for any approval, authorisation, consent or licence required in connection with the business of the Issuer which the relevant Administrator has sought in connection with that part of their own business which is the same as that to be carried on by the Issuer and shall, so far as it reasonably can do so, perform the Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approval, authorisation, consent or licence.

The Sixth Issuer Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, the approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the business of the Sixth Issuer and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the Sixth Issuer all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the business of the Sixth Issuer and shall, so far as it is reasonably able to do so, perform the Sixth Issuer Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.

The Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, all approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the business of the LLP that is the subject of this Agreement and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the LLP, all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the business of the LLP that is the subject of this Agreement and shall, so far as it is reasonably able to do so, perform the Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.
Approvals and authorisations. 8.1.1 The Participating Railway shall use best endeavours to obtain and renew any Licences required in order to provide Railway Fibre and fulfil its obligations under this Agreement and shall comply with all of their terms to be observed on its part. If despite using its best endeavours the Participating Railway fails to obtain such Licences or if they are revoked in shall not face any claim for loss damage or compensation from HER;
Approvals and authorisations. All governmental and other approvals and authorisations required (or in the Security Trustee's opinion desirable) in relation to the making, performance, validity and enforceability of this Deed and the transactions contemplated by it have been obtained and are in full force and effect.
