Cash Manager definition

Cash Manager means Royal Bank of Canada, in its capacity as cash manager under the Cash Management Agreement together with any successor cash manager appointed from time to time;

Cash Manager means Northern Rock or such other person or persons for the time being acting, pursuant to the Cash Management Agreement, as agent for the Mortgages Trustee, Funding and (following enforcement of the Funding Security) the Security Trustee for the purposes of, inter alia, managing all cash transactions and maintaining certain ledgers on behalf of the Mortgages Trustee, Funding and (following enforcement of the Funding Security) the Security Trustee;

• Party B, or the Cash Manager acting on Party B’s behalf, shall notify Party A of the amount of principal payments to be made on the Covered Bonds on each Final Exchange Date (for purposes of calculating payment of any Final Exchange Amounts).

Cash Manager means Crédit Agricole Italia S.p.A., acting as cash manager or any other institution that, from time to time, may be appointed as such pursuant to the Cash Allocation, Management and Payments Agreement.
