Amendments and Waiver. No modification of or amendment to this Agreement shall be valid or binding unless set forth in writing and duly executed by both of the parties hereto and no waiver of any breach of any term or provision of this Agreement shall be effective or binding unless made in writing and signed by the party purporting to give the same and, unless otherwise provided, shall be limited to the specific breach waived.
Amendments and Waiver. No supplement, modification or amendment of this Agreement will be binding unless executed in writing by both parties. No waiver of any provision of this Agreement on a particular occasion will be deemed or will constitute a waiver of that provision on a subsequent occasion or a waiver of any other provision of this Agreement.

Amendments and Waiver. No amendment, waiver or consent with respect to any provision of this Agreement shall in any event be effective, unless the same shall be in writing and signed by the parties hereto, and then such amendment, waiver or consent shall be effective only in the specific instance and for the specific purpose for which given.

The failure of any party to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement shall in no way be construed as a waiver of such provisions and shall not affect the right of such party thereafter to enforce each and every provision of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.
Amendments and Waiver. This Agreement may be amended or modified by, and only by, a written instrument executed by all the parties hereto. The terms of this Agreement may be waived by, and only by, a written instrument executed by the party against whom such waiver is sought to be enforced.

Any waiver will constitute a waiver only in the circumstances for which it was given and will not be a waiver of any future circumstances.
