Common use of Approvals and authorisations Clause in Contracts

Approvals and authorisations. The Sixth Issuer Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, the approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the business of the Sixth Issuer and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the Sixth Issuer all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the business of the Sixth Issuer and shall, so far as it is reasonably able to do so, perform the Sixth Issuer Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.

The Sixth Seventh Issuer Cash Manager shall maintain, or procure the maintenance of, the approvals, authorisations, consents and licences required in connection with the business of the Sixth Seventh Issuer and shall prepare and submit, or procure the preparation and submission of, on behalf of the Sixth Seventh Issuer all necessary applications and requests for any further approvals, authorisations, consents or licences which may be required in connection with the business of the Sixth Seventh Issuer and shall, so far as it is reasonably able to can do so, perform the Sixth Seventh Issuer Cash Management Services in such a way as not to prejudice the continuation of any such approvals, authorisations, consents or licences.
