ANNUAL LEAVE LOADING - CLEANERS. 10.1 Cleaners shall be paid annual leave loading as a lump sum amount in the first pay period of December. This will be an amount equivalent to the loading which would have been paid had the employee taken all the leave accruing for that calendar year.   • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within ninety (90) calendar days of the work week in which the overtime was earned or, with the employee’s agreement, within 12 months of that work week.
