Leave Loading definition

Leave Loading means the amount specified against that component in Item 11 of Schedule 1; Location means the location of the Position as specified in Item 6 of Schedule 1; Payback Period means a period equal to the total number of weeks, or part weeks, Superannuable Salary paid to the Officer under clauses 14.1 or 14.2, commencing on the End Date; Performance Agreement means a performance agreement between the Officer and the Chief Executive (or Chief Executive’s delegate), setting out agreed objectives and standards for the performance of the duties and discharge of the responsibilities of the Position, in a form determined from time to time by the Chief Executive; Position means the position specified in Item 3 of Schedule 1 within the Department;

Examples of Leave Loading in a sentence

  • Leave Loading is not payable on unused Annual Leave entitlements when they are paid out at the end of the employees’ employment.

  • Payment of the Annual Leave Loading is to be made at the same time as payment for such leave.

  • Shift penalty payments will be made in respect of any duty (other than on Public Holidays) which an employee would have performed had the employee not been on approved annual leave, subject to the conditions specified in clause 20.8 - Annual Leave Loading.

  • Where an Administrative Officer Level 6, who is subject to the salary adjustment prescribed under clause 2.2, transfers temporarily to a position that does not require the regular performance of shiftwork, eligibility for Annual Leave Loading shall be determined in accordance with clause 18.9 of the Agreement.

  • Annual Leave Loading is paid on four weeks leave per annum at 25% of salary ADD for part-time based on your agreed hours.

  • Vision Australia employees are not entitled to a separate payment for Annual Leave Loading.

  • If the shift allowance applicable to the roster at the time of the Annual Leave exceeds the Annual Leave Loading the shift allowance shall substitute the Annual Leave Loading.

  • The provisions of subclauses 22.5 to 22.14 of Clause 22, Annual Leave and Public Holidays, and Clause 23, Annual Leave Loading, of this Agreement shall apply to employees engaged under Part I of this clause.

  • Note that the rates include all purpose allowances of Attendance Pay, Annual Leave Loading, Electrical Distribution and Transmission Industry Allowance and Tool Allowance.

  • Pro-rata Annual Leave and pro-rata Leave Loading will be paid on termination.
