AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. A. The Service Provider agrees not to discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment or any other person in the performance of this Agreement because of race, creed, color, national origin, marital status, sex, sexual orientation, age, disability, or other circumstance prohibited by federal, state, or local law or ordinance, except for a bona fide occupational qualification.
AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. A. The Licensee, in the use and occupancy of the Licensed Space, agrees not to discriminate in any manner on the basis of sex, race, creed, age, color, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, disability, family responsibilities, matriculation, political affiliation, status as disabled veteran, or veteran of the Vietnam era or on any other basis prohibited by law or regulation. The Licensee agrees to comply, at the Licensee’s expense, with all laws, rules and regulations in its use of the Licensed Space (including, but not limited to, all fire codes, laws and regulations) and Licensee shall obtain, at the Licensee’s expense, any and all permits, licenses and other governmental authorizations that may be required in connection with such use. The Licensee’s Failure to comply with this section will result in immediate cancellation of the Licensee’s Event and termination of this Agreement.
AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. XXXXXXXXXX agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies, including those relating to nondiscrimination, accessibility and civil rights. CONTRACTOR agrees to timely file all required reports, make required payroll deductions, and timely pay all taxes and premiums owed, including sales and use taxes and unemployment compensation, and workers' compensation premiums. CONTRACTOR shall have and keep current at all times during the term of this contract all licenses and permits required by law.
AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. CENTRAL CLINIC agrees to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies, including those relating to nondiscrimination, accessibility and civil rights. CENTRAL CLINIC agrees to timely file all required reports, make required payroll deductions, and timely pay all taxes and premiums owed, including sales and use taxes and unemployment compensation, and workers' compensation premiums. CENTRAL CLINIC shall always have and keep current during the term of this contract all licenses and permits required by law.
AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. 9.1. In accordance with the County's Affirmative Action Plan and the County Commissioners' policy against discrimination, no person shall illegally, on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, public assistance status, handicap, age, or national origin, be excluded from full employment rights in, participation in, be denied benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under and program, service or activity hereunder in accordance with the provisions of any and all applicable federal and state laws against discrimination.
AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. The CONTRACTOR must, in performance of work under this contract, fully comply with all applicable federal, state, or local laws, rules, and regulations, including Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and other laws concerning fair employment and employment of the handicapped, and concerning the treatment of all employees without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or physical handicap. Any subletting or subcontracting by the contractor will subject the subcontractor(s) to the same provision. CONTRACTOR will have and keep current at all times during the term of this Contract all licenses and permits required by law.
AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Engineer agrees to comply with all laws, rules, and policies, including those relating to nondiscrimination, accessibility, and civil rights. Engineer agrees to timely file all required reports, make required payroll deductions, and timely pay all taxes and premiums owed, including sales and use taxes, unemployment compensation, and workers' compensation premiums. Engineer must have and keep current at all times during the term of this contract all licenses and permits required by law. The obligations recited in this section must survive the expiration or termination of this contract.
AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal and state laws, rules, and policies, including those relating to nondiscrimination, accessibility and civil rights (See N.D.C.C. Title 34 – Labor and Employment, specifically N.D.C.C. ch. 34-06.1 Equal Pay for Men and Women). Contractor agrees to timely file all required reports, make required payroll deductions, and timely pay all taxes and premiums owed, including sales and use taxes, unemployment compensation and workers' compensation premiums. Contractor shall have and keep current at all times during the Term of this Contract all licenses and permits required by law. Contractor’s failure to comply with this section may be deemed a material breach by Contractor entitling State to terminate in accordance with the Termination for Cause section of this Contract.
