Alternative Evaluation Plan. At the pre-evaluation conference held in 1584 compliance with timelines established in Section 15.3.3, the unit member and the 1585 evaluator shall meet, discuss and mutually agree upon the evaluation plan, 1586 including all requirements and timelines. In developing and approving the 1587 alternative evaluation plan, the unit member and evaluator shall review and 1588 discuss the California Standards for the Teaching Profession as set forth in the 1589 regular evaluation form, as well as any areas of District focus for the year. 1590 Evaluators and unit members are encouraged to be creative and take risks when 1591 developing the plan. The unit member and the evaluator will schedule evaluation 1592 updates throughout the evaluation period, including but not limited to the 1593 conferences described in Section 15.3. The agreed-upon evaluation plan may 1594 extend beyond the traditional school year cycle and the final evaluation 1595 conference may be extended by mutual agreement.
