Evaluation Plan. At a pre-evaluation conference held in compliance with the timelines established in Section 14.6.1., the evaluatee(s) and the evaluator shall meet, discuss and mutually agree upon the evaluation plan, including constraints. Evaluatees and evaluators are encouraged to be creative and take risks when developing options. The evaluatee(s) and the evaluator will schedule evaluation updates throughout the assessment period. The agreed-upon evaluation plan may transcend the traditional school year cycle and the final evaluation conference may be extended by mutual agreement.

Evaluation Plan. D15.1 A Joint Evaluation Committee shall be established to review internal equity for those positions covered by this Agreement and shall consist of three (3) members from the Union and from the Corporation. The Administrator's designate shall also be a member of the Committee and act in the capacity of Chairperson.
Evaluation Plan. Based upon the decisions reached at the unit member’s meeting with the primary evaluator, the unit member will submit to the primary evaluator a written alternative evaluation plan. The unit member’s written alternative evaluation plan shall include timelines for the plan’s completion. The Mutual Agreement For Participating In the Alternative Evaluation form is attached as Appendix J-9 and incorporated into this section.
Evaluation Plan. The Board agrees that if during the term of this Agreement it seeks to amend those parts of the Evaluation Plan not included in Appendix B heretofore submitted to the State Board of Education pursuant to law, such proposed amendment shall be first discussed with a committee of teachers to be appointed by the Association President or designee. That portion of the Evaluation Plan which is reproduced as Appendix B is deemed part of this Agreement and subject to Article XlII, "Grievance Procedure".
Evaluation Plan g. To participate in individual teacher/principal supervisory consultations which may result from direct supervisory observations of the teacher by his or her principal and/or any other work related matter. The principal shall inform the teacher of the topic for consultation at the time he/she schedules the conference.
Evaluation Plan. A copy of the District 4 Evaluation Plan and the Evaluation Plan Description of Summary Evaluation Rating shall be provided by the district to each contractual employee with the Contract Agreement.

Evaluation Plan. (a) The Independent Evaluator has prepared, and the Parties have hereby incorporated into this Contract, the Evaluation Plan attached hereto as Exhibit B. In the interest of clarity, in the event of any discrepancy between the Evaluation Plan and this Contract, the terms of the Evaluation Plan shall control.
