Evaluation Conference. The final evaluation conference shall occur not later than the end of the fall term. The purpose of the final evaluation conference is to discuss with the probationary employee the results of the evaluation and announce the team’s recommendation. The evaluation team shall determine what additional evaluation activity shall occur during the spring term. If the team recommends that the District not employ the professor for the following year, no evaluation activities in the spring are necessary.

Evaluation Conference. Following each formal evaluation, which shall include a conference between the evaluator and the bargaining unit member, the employee shall sign and be given a copy of the evaluation report. The employee's signature on the evaluation does not imply agreement with the contents of the evaluation.

Evaluation Conference. 4.3.1 The immediate supervisor shall schedule an evaluation conference with the employee to be evaluated. Evaluation Conferences shall be conducted during the employee's workday. Evaluation shall not be performed by unit members. The evaluation shall be based upon the personal observation and/or the knowledge of the evaluator of the employee’s performance during the evaluation period. However, input may be obtained for the evaluation from other supervisors or unit members that have a responsibility in their job description or duties to provide direction to the evaluated employee. The supervisor shall verify the accuracy of any such input.
Evaluation Conference. Each employee will have the opportunity to discuss the written evaluation report with his or her evaluator prior to the report being filed in the employee’s personnel file. Each employee shall be notified no fewer than forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled evaluation conference. If there is anything negative in the evaluation report, the employee has the right to request a follow- up conference with an Organization representative present.
Evaluation Conference. Within fifteen (15) days following receipt of the evaluation report, the employee may request a confidential conference with the responsible evaluator for the purpose of reviewing the evaluation report. Such conference shall take place within fifteen (15) days thereafter, unless postponed by mutual consent or due to extenuating circumstances such as illness or absence. The evaluation conference shall not be used as a formal meeting to issue a formal reprimand or discipline an employee. The employee may submit signed comments which shall be attached to the report in his/her personnel file.
