ALLIANCES. 23.1 Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, BAXTER agrees that AMYLIN shall have the right to enter into alliances with third parties who may engage in joint (with AMYLIN) or unilateral marketing and promoting of the Product or any combination of products that includes the Product.
