HUMAN RESOURCES PLAN. 13.1 This Human Resources Plan caters and plans for the needs of the Corporation’s employees only.
13.2 The Corporation will continue to employ a nucleus of employees to meet needs as may be determined from time to time by the Corporation.
13.3 This overall policy regarding structural employment arrangements at the Corporation envisages a close-knit working arrangement and is supported by the changing role and responsibilities of the workforce.
13.4 The Corporation’s commitment to training and employee success is also part of this policy platform.
13.5 The parties understand that the staffing levels required by the Corporation will be reviewed in accordance with clause 12.2.
13.6 The plan endeavors to be sufficiently flexible to allow for any changes required.
HUMAN RESOURCES PLAN. The Proponent shall work co-operatively with the Government to implement a human resources plan which shall (a) comply with the requirements of the VBN Undertaking Order, and (b) address, without limitation, the matters referred to in Schedule 8.3.
HUMAN RESOURCES PLAN. The Proponent shall include in the human resources plan referred to in Section 8.3 an outline of the participation by Provincial engineers, geoscientists and other individuals with technical disciplines relevant to the Project, together with a plan indicating the opportunities for them to develop and assume increasingly senior positions as the Project proceeds.
