Alcoholic Beverages/Illegal Drugs. Consumption of alcoholic beverages in cabin is limited to persons of legal age. Guests understand that there is to be no excessive drinking of alcohol, nor illegal drug use. Violation of this condition will result in immediate eviction of the cabin, local authorities will be notified for violations and no refunds will be given.

If the Service Provider or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

  • Food and Beverages No food or beverage may be brought onto the Ship without City Cruises’ prior authorization, granted in City Cruises’ sole discretion. No food or beverage may be removed from the Ship.
