AGREEMENTS FURNISHED. The District will ensure that copies of this Agreement are printed within sixty (60) days of signing, will pay the full cost of printing such Agreements, and will ensure the Allied printing label appears. The Union will provide a list of Allied printing establishments in the Bay Area within three (3) days of signing. The District will provide two hundred (200) copies of the Agreement to each of the signatory Unions for the term of this Agreement. The District will provide a copy of the Agreement to all current employees within two (2) weeks of receipt of printed copies. New employees will be provided a copy of the Agreement upon employment. The Agreement shall be provided on pocket size paper. Removable binders shall be replaced when worn out.
