Documents to be Furnished. The following documents, including any amendments thereto, will be provided contemporaneously with the execution of the Agreement to the Custodian by the Trust:

Documents to be Furnished. On behalf of the Separate Accounts, Insurance Company shall furnish Principal Underwriter with copies of all prospectuses, financial statements, offering memoranda and other documents which Principal Underwriter reasonably requests for use in connection with the distribution of the Variable, Registered Fixed and Private Placement Contracts. Insurance Company shall provide to Principal Underwriter such number of copies of the current effective prospectuses or offering memoranda as Principal Underwriter shall request. Insurance Company shall also furnish Principal Underwriter with copies of all documents which Principal Underwriter reasonably requests for use in connection with the distribution of the Fixed Contracts.

A copy of the Declaration of Trust certified by the Secretary; b. A copy of the Bylaws of the Trust certified by the Secretary; c. A certification of the Chairman and Secretary of the Trust setting forth the names and signatures of the current Officers of the Trust and other Authorized Persons.

Documents to be Furnished. 17.1 Upon acceptance of the Rig by Buyer, Builder shall at its cost furnish four (4) hard copy and one (1) set soft copy of all detailed construction drawings such as: general arrangement, structural, mechanical, piping system, electrical system and outfitting drawings, plus drawing indexes, corrected to agree with the completed construction of the Rig to Buyer for use by Buyer or its successors or assigns, to be used for the purposes herein designated. Buyer agrees that it shall not release any such information to third parties, except as needed for specific purposes connected with the sale, lease, use, operation, maintenance and repair of the Rig, and review by governmental authorities or underwriters. Notwithstanding the generality of the foregoing, it is agreed that Builder shall not be obliged to provide to Buyer any proprietary information relating to the design of the Rig.
