Administrative Fees for Professional Assistance. The Town and Owner acknowledge that the increased development within the Bluffton area will create a need for additional administrative duties by the Town, including, without limitation, the need for professional staff to assist the Town in planning and permitting. Owner or Developer agrees to make payments to the Town in the amount of Fifty Thousand and No/100 ($50,000.00) Dollars per year. The Administrative Fee shall be paid as follows: Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00) Dollars payable when this Agreement is signed and Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 ($25,000.00) Dollars every six months thereafter during the term of this Agreement and each year of any extension of the Development Agreement thereafter. Owner agrees that commencing on the third anniversary date of this Agreement and for each year thereafter, the Administrative Fee set forth above shall be increased on an annual basis in accordance with the CPI for the previous twelve (12) months.

Administrative Fees for Professional Assistance. Indian Hills and the Town agree that upon the closing of the sale of the first sixty (60) acres of Willow Run to any non-related third party developer, Indian Hills shall pay to the Town the sum of One Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and Book2724/Page1793 No/100 ($1,350.00) Dollars per acre for all of the acreage within the Willow Run Tract (plus appropriate CPI increases) to assist the Town with its increased costs for additional administrative staff in the planning and permitting of the new addition to Bluffton Commons.

  • Educational Assistance To qualify for reimbursement, an employee must be a regular employee upon enrollment. To be approved, the courses described below must be related to the employee's present position or career development:

  • Tuition Assistance Bargaining unit employees can enroll in university or college, vocational technical school or extension courses. The course may be by correspondence or attendance at classes during non-working hours or during working hours with approval of the Agency Head and/or his/her Designee. Where practicable, in relation to work requirements, the Employer shall be liberal with the approval of requests for accrued/unused vacation leave, flex-time scheduling, compensatory time, or leave without pay for the purpose of enabling employees to attend classes conducted during an employee's regularly scheduled work hours.

  • EDUCATIONAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM The District’s Educational Assistance Program will be continued during the life of this Agreement. Employees who wish to enroll in job-related and promotion oriented courses, which will improve their job knowledge, and performance will be compensated by the District for expenses as follows:

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Professional Development Reimbursement Management will provide reimbursement for approved professional development expenses for Lieutenants and Sergeants. Funds may be used for the purpose of improving job performance, maintaining and increasing proficiency, preparing Lieutenants and Sergeants for greater responsibility, or increasing promotional opportunities. Management must approve of the specific professional development request in advance. Denial will require written notification to the requesting Lieutenant or Sergeant.
