Fire Services. City shall provide fire protection services to the Property on the same basis as is provided to other similarly situated residents and businesses in the City. Owner acknowledges the jurisdiction of the City’s fire department on the Property and shall not interfere or in any way hinder public safety activities on the Property regardless of whether such may be a restricted access community.
Fire Services. The County shall provide fire protection services to the Property on the same basis as it provides to other residents and businesses within the County; such services are currently provided by the Xxxxxx Township Fire District.
Fire Services. (a) Certification that sufficient fire hydrants are provided and that these are of the correct type, comply with the attached specifications as up-dated (Appendix A attached), are properly located, are in the correct depth and are properly and clearly marked.

The parties hereto recognize that the Property is and will continue to be located in Jasper County, South Carolina. The parties intend that the Property will be served by the City of Hardeeville. To the extent that any jurisdictional conflicts may arise in the future, Owner and City will negotiate in good faith to resolve any conflicts, and any such resolution which is approved by City Manager and Owner shall not be considered a material amendment or a breach hereof.
Fire Services through Incident Command shall exclusively determine and authorize CBRNE Niagara Incident Response Team deployment within its municipal jurisdiction;
Fire Services. Fire protection services are provided by St. Paul’s Fire Department. In the event the Town establishes a fire department, the Town shall provide fire protection services to the Property on the same basis as is provided to other similarly situated residents and businesses in the Town.
Fire Services. The Property is in the Elgin Fire & Rescue service area and fire services will be provided by Elgin Fire & Rescue, or its successor entities. Developer acknowledges that Elgin Fire & Rescue provides services using volunteers.

Notwithstanding the forgoing, fees for fire protection will be charged as if the owner of the Property was a non-resident under the fire protection fee ordinance (Section 8-120 of the City Code of Ordinances) until such time as a site specific development or subdivision plat is approved for an area of the Property, at which time the non-resident treatment shall be removed as to that area only.
Fire Services. In case of fire, all employees must assist in preventing the destruction of Company property. Fire apparatus must not be removed from its place or used except in cases of fire or by permission of a superintendent or xxxxxxx. Employees must report to their xxxxxxx fire equipment in need of checking and/or refilling. They must also report fires and potential hazards immediately. If so requested, an employee must serve on the brigade. Lock-Out “DANGER DO NOT START”, “INCHING” AND “DEPARTMENTAL DANGER” tags are available for the use of all mill employees to supervise, maintenance work or operate equipment, and in all instances the appropriate tag MUST be used as indicated by the latest update of the Safety Lock-Out Procedure. Employees using these tags must assure themselves that the proper switch, valve, or control has been locked out and, where possible, double check to be certain. In ail cases where push buttons control equipment, said buttons should be pushed at least twice to be sure that the proper switch has been disconnected and locked. Removal of locks will be as outlined in the latest update of the Safety Lock-Out Procedure. Drinking Water Drinking fountains have been installed at various points in the mill for the use of employees. Water from such fountains has been approved by the Department of Health and other sources must be considered contaminated. Safety goggles must be worn in all areas and on ail occupations where specified. FOR UNEXCUSED ABSENTEEISM Any employee who fails to report for work shall be treated as an absentee for each day of his absence, and unless he can show extenuating circumstances shall be subject to the following disciplinary action: First day of absence: Written warning. Second day of absence: Second written warning. Third day of absence: Provided that it is within twelve months of the first day of absence dismissal.
