Fire Services. City shall provide fire protection services to the Property on the same basis as is provided to other similarly situated residents and businesses in the City. Owner acknowledges the jurisdiction of the City’s fire department on the Property and shall not interfere or in any way hinder public safety activities on the Property regardless of whether such may be a restricted access community.

Fire Services. The County shall provide fire protection services to the Property on the same basis as it provides to other residents and businesses within the County; such services are currently provided by the Xxxxxx Township Fire District.
Fire Services. (a) Certification that sufficient fire hydrants are provided and that these are of the correct type, comply with the attached specifications as up-dated (Appendix A attached), are properly located, are in the correct depth and are properly and clearly marked.

Developer acknowledges the jurisdiction of the City’s fire department on the Property and shall not interfere or in anyway hinder public safety activities on the Property regardless of whether such may be a restricted access community. Notwithstanding the forgoing, fees for fire protection will be charged as if the owner of the Property was a non-resident under the fire protection fee ordinance (Section 8-120 of the City Code of Ordinances) until such time as a site specific development or subdivision plat is approved for an area of the Property, at which time the non-resident treatment shall be removed as to that area only.

Employees using these tags must assure themselves that the proper switch, valve, or control has been locked out and, where possible, double check to be certain. In ail cases where push buttons control equipment, said buttons should be pushed at least twice to be sure that the proper switch has been disconnected and locked. Removal of locks will be as outlined in the latest update of the Safety Lock-Out Procedure. Drinking Water Drinking fountains have been installed at various points in the mill for the use of employees. Water from such fountains has been approved by the Department of Health and other sources must be considered contaminated.
