Activity Records. The Attorney agrees to maintain case logs, final disposition records, time sheets and other pertinent activity records, which shall include the number of days the case was open, the names of the officers involved in each case and any co- defendants for each assigned case and to transmit these records to the Presiding Judge upon request.
Activity Records. The Parties will set forth in the Work Plan an explanation of any Activity record CSKT will need to maintain as part of its performance of the Activity. Each Activity record will contain information sufficient to document the nature of the Activity and when, where, and by whom it was performed. The Refuge Manager and the CSKT Wildlife Refuge Specialist will cooperate to ensure that the level of detail in Activity records is adequate for Service purposes without imposing an undue administrative burden on the CSKT. Upon request, and with reasonable advance notice, the CSKT will provide to the Service a copy of any Activity record.

  • Liability Records The Lender may maintain from time to time, at its discretion, records as to the Obligations. All entries made on any such record shall be presumed correct until the Borrower establishes the contrary.   • Patient Records Upon termination of this Agreement, the New PC shall retain all patient dental records maintained by the New PC or the MSO in the name of the New PC.
