Daily Records definition

Daily Records shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.3(f).
Daily Records means information and data collected during a defined and consistently observed 24-hour time period such as 6:00 am to 5:59 am.

Examples of Daily Records in a sentence

  • Daily Records shall make a clear distinction between work being performed under Change Order, base scope Work, and/or disputed work.

  • Daily Records shall be copied and provided to the Judicial Council, and the Construction Supervisor/Inspector, at the end of every week, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • Daily Records shall include a daily accounting of all labor and all equipment on the site for the CMR and all Subcontractors, at any tier.

  • Failure to provide these Daily Records shall constitute a material breach of contract and may be cause for termination of this AGREEMENT by the DISTRICT.
