Acknowledgment of License. Notwithstanding the foregoing Subsection 5.1, Comarco agrees to sign, in connection with the execution of this Agreement, an Acknowledgment of License in the form attached hereto as Exhibit C (“Acknowledgment”) and further agrees that Targus may provide copies of the Acknowledgment to its respective customers, distributors, suppliers, and any other interested persons or entities.
Acknowledgment of License. Licensee acknowledges that this Agreement constitutes a license and not a lease; that the privilege conferred on Licensee is personal to him/her, non-assignable and subject to termination, revocation or relocation at Licensor's sole discretion; and that this Agreement is not a conveyance of any interest or estate in real property. This license confers a non-exclusive privilege to occupy an assigned room in the University residential facilities, in conjunction with another Licensee roommate(s) as designated by Licensor. Licensor may relocate or reassign Licensee to a different room or rooms at its sole discretion. Licensee may change rooms with Licensor's approval; all Licensee roommate changes or additions may be made only with Licensor's prior written permission. Licensor's selection of Licensee to fill any vacancy shall be final.
Acknowledgment of License. The parties acknowledge that the right to use the Software is being acquired pursuant to a software license agreement (the “License”) between Vendor and Lessee, and agree as follows:
Acknowledgment of License. On all CSRV VALVE SYSTEMS, LICENSEE and Sublicensee shall acknowledge that the same are manufactured under license from LICENSOR I. Unless otherwise agreed to by the parties, the following notice shall be used by LICENSEE and sublicensees on an exposed surface of all products: "Manufactured under License from Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx". Sublicensees shall use the notice: "Manufactured under License from Xxxxxx International, Ltd. and Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx." Such notices shall be used in all descriptive materials, instruction and service manuals relating to the CSRV VALVE SYSTEM. ARTICLE III -
Acknowledgment of License. On all Licensed Products LICENSEE shall acknowledge that the Licensed Products are manufactured under license from LICENSOR. Unless otherwise from time to time agreed between the parties, one of the following notices shall be used by LICENSEE on an exposed surface, such as the bottom, of all Licensed Products: “Noise reduction system manufactured under license from Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation”, “Manufactured under license from Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation”, or “Under license from Dolby Laboratories Licensing Corporation.” One of such notices shall also be used in all instruction and servicing manuals unless such acknowledgment is clearly and unambiguously given in the course of any textual descriptions or explanations.
