Acknowledgement of Funding Sources all publication material, including but not limited to, publications, journal articles and pamphlets, must bear an acknowledgment and disclaimer, as appropriate, such as: “This publication (journal article, etc.) was supported by the Grant or Cooperative Agreement Number, 6 NH25PS004341-04-06, funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
