Accurate Data Sample Clauses

Accurate Data. Unless the scope of services in Attachment A includes an explicit undertaking by Xxxxxxx to confirm the accuracy of plans, drawings, specifications, criteria, maps, surveys or other documents or information furnished by or on behalf of Client (“Client Data”), Xxxxxxx shall be entitled to rely upon Client Data as accurate and correct without investigation. If subsequent errors are discovered in Client Data which necessitate re- performance of services, Xxxxxxx shall be compensated for such extra services. Xxxxxxx shall not be liable for errors or omissions in Client Data.

Accurate Data. Each Party shall use its best commercial efforts to transmit and display complete and accurate Worker Data hereunder. Papaya shall not be responsible for any incorrect display or provision of any Worker Data, including any results derived from the Worker Data to the extent such defect or deficiency resulted from any Customer’s failure to provide correct, complete and accurate Worker Data to Papaya.
Accurate Data. In the event that (i) in applying for Service(s) or the registration of a domain name you are providing information about a third party, or (ii) you license a domain name registered in your name to a third party, you hereby represent and warrant that you have (a) provided notice to that third party of the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this Agreement, and (b) obtained that third party's express consent to the disclosure and use of that party's information as set forth in this Agreement. You acknowledge and agree that willfully providing inaccurate or unreliable information or willfully failing to update information promptly will constitute a material breach of this Agreement that will be sufficient basis for cancellation of your domain name registration or other Service(s) in our sole discretion. You further acknowledge and agree that your failure to respond for over fifteen (15) calendar days to an inquiry by Registrar concerning the accuracy of contact details associated with your domain name registration shall constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will be a sufficient basis for cancellation of your domain name registration. Without limiting your obligations under this Section 11c. of the Agreement, you agree that Registrar (itself or through its third party service providers) is authorized, but not obligated, to use certain address or billing correction services to update and/or to change any address or billing information associated with your account (including, without limitation, registrant address, billing contact address, credit card information), and you agree that Registrar may use such changed information for all purposes in connection with your account (including the sending of renewal notices or invoices or for automatic renewal charges).

  • Accurate Information All information heretofore, herein or hereafter supplied to Secured Party by or on behalf of Debtor with respect to the Collateral is and will be accurate and complete in all material respects.

  • Complete and Accurate Information Contractor represents and warrants that all statements and information provided to HHS are current, complete, and accurate. This includes all statements and information in this Contract and any related Solicitation Response.

  • Accurate and Timely Contract Information Vendor warrants and represents that the website information specified in the above paragraph will be accurately and completely posted, maintained and displayed in an objective and timely manner.   • Invoice Data The Contractor shall report invoice data from each paid or remitted invoice within 30 calendar days after the end of the reporting quarter, including the invoice data on task orders issued through the GSA AAS Business System Portal. (Note: Whatever method the Contractor chooses (e.g., “each paid” or “remitted”) the Contractor must be consistent in their reporting method throughout the term of the OASIS Contract). If no Invoice Data was received during a required reporting period for a specific task order, the Contractor shall report in the “Zero Invoice Data” screen located in the CPRM system for that particular task order. Regardless of contract type, the Contractor shall report the following into the CPRM:

  • Encounter Data Party shall provide encounter data to the Agency of Human Services and/or its departments and ensure further that the data and services provided can be linked to and supported by enrollee eligibility files maintained by the State.
