Access to Software application. The Trust warrants that the Service Provider shall have, free of charge, unimpeded access to the relevant module(s) of the software application of Trust in respect of which access is required for the performance of the Services.

  • Software Updates WSIPC agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by WSIPC governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts. School District Workstations Configuration requirements for devices and their software that school district personnel use to access WSIPC’s software modules can be found on our website: https://www.nwrdc.net/technology‐team/. State Reports WSIPC will provide, at no additional fee, all data reports required by the state that impact 50% or more of the school districts in the state. WSIPC and NWRDC will work with state agencies to gather requirements on the required data. WSIPC will inform NWRDC staff of any mandated changes to state reports and NWRDC will communicate the information to the District.   • Hardware and Software Requirements In order to access and retain documents electronically, you must satisfy the following computer hardware and software requirements: access to the Internet; an email account and related software capable of receiving email through the Internet; a web browser which is SSL-compliant and supports secure sessions; and hardware capable of running this software. You will also need a printer if you wish to print electronic documents on paper, and electronic storage if you wish to download and save documents to your computer.

  • Third Party Software Certain Third-Party Software may be provided with the Products or used in the Cloud Services that is subject to the accompanying license(s), if any, of its respective owner(s). To the extent portions of the Products or Cloud Services are subject to open source licenses obligating LogRhythm to make the source code for such portions publicly available (such as the GNU General Public License ("GPL") or the GNU Lesser General Public License ("LGPL")), LogRhythm will make such source code portions (including LogRhythm modifications, as appropriate) available upon request for a period of up to three (3) years from the date of distribution.   • Hardware and Software In order to use the Services, you must obtain and maintain, at your expense, compatible hardware and software as specified by Templeton Savings Bank. See templetonsavingsbank.com for current specifications. Templeton Savings Bank is not responsible for any third party software you may need to use the Services. Any such software is accepted by you as is and is subject to the terms and conditions of the software agreement you enter into directly with the third party software provider at time of download and installation.

  • Software Use Case Red Hat Satellite Server, Red Hat Satellite Capsule and Red Hat Satellite Proxy Red Hat does not provide Subscription Services for Red Hat Satellite Server, Red Hat Satellite Capsule or Red Hat Satellite Proxy when used on a System or Physical Node that is not a server. Red Hat Satellite Capsule Red Hat Satellite Proxy Red Hat supports Red Hat Satellite Capsule and Red Hat Satellite Proxy only when deployed with Red Hat Satellite Server. Red Hat Smart Management Red Hat Smart Management entitlements are required for each Unit of Red Hat Enterprise Linux that is managed by Red Hat Satellite Capsule, Red Hat Satellite Proxy and/or Red Hat Satellite Server. Red Hat Smart Management entitlements may be used with Red Hat Network directly.   • Customer Materials Subject to Section 4(a), all right, title and interest (including all Intellectual Property Rights) in and to the Customer Materials are owned by Customer or Customer’s suppliers.

  • Evaluation Software If the Software is an evaluation version or is provided to You for evaluation purposes, then, unless otherwise approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor, Your license to use the Software is limited solely for internal evaluation purposes in non-production use and in accordance with the terms of the evaluation offering under which You received the Software, and expires 90 days from installation (or such other period as may be indicated within the Software). Upon expiration of the evaluation period, You must discontinue use of the Software, return to an original state any actions performed by the Software, and delete the Software entirely from Your system and You may not download the Software again unless approved in writing by an authorized representative of Licensor.
