Academic Research Purposes means use of Licensed Patent Rights for internal, educational, academic, non-commercial and non-commercially sponsored research purposes on a non-transferable and non-sublicenseable basis or other not-for-profit scholarly purposes which are undertaken at a non-profit or governmental institution that does not use, directly or indirectly, the Licensed Patent Rights in the production or manufacture of products for commercial sale or the performance of services for a fee.   • Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.

  • Collaboration Product means a pharmaceutical product containing or comprising Compound in any dosage form alone, or in combination with, one or more other pharmaceutically active ingredients, and any and all Improvements thereto.
