A Grade Electrical Licence Refresher. The Parties recognise that professional development may be required for the renewal and retention of an A Grade electrical licence. Where a regulatory authority determines that an employee is required to attend training for the purposes of an A Grade electrical licence retention or renewal, and such training takes place within the spread of ordinary hours, the employee will be entitled to attend the training without loss of pay, up to a maximum of one (1) day.
