402Fee for Basic Services. The Testing Firm shall perform the work described in the proposal and specifications only as directed by the City's Authorized Agent or his authorized representatives. The unit price per item shall include the cost of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the work, including travel, set-up time, and parking fees unless otherwise specified by the City in this proposal. Travel expense to sites outside of Monroe County, such as the City reservoirs at Hemlock and Canadice Lake, may be charged with the approval of the City. The cost for maintenance and protection of pedestrian and vehicular traffic shall be included in the unit prices given for each Proposal item for all work on City Residential and Collector streets. Payment for maintenance and protection of pedestrian and vehicular traffic costs on City Arterial streets as listed in Appendix C or Expressways shall be negotiated with the City on a case by case basis. Additional payment will be for only direct costs associated with the work. The City agrees to pay and the Testing Firm agrees to accept as full payment for the services performed, at the prices listed in Article I, Part 7, "Proposal and Specifications."

  • FEE FOR BASIC SERVICES Fee for the services set forth in this Assignment No. 9 shall not exceed the sum of $118,190.00. No more frequently than once per month, PSP shall submit a Pay Application to TFC for services performed and reasonable and necessary costs and expenses incurred through the last day of the previous month. Any reimbursable expenses, if allowed, shall be in accordance with Section 4.6 of the Agreement.

  • Payments for Basic Services 7.1.1 Payments for Basic Services shall be made monthly and shall be in proportion to services performed within each Phase of services, as demonstrated by work product, on the basis set forth in Article 6.   • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.

  • Subcontracting for Medicaid Services Notwithstanding any permitted subcontracting of services to be performed under this Agreement, Party shall remain responsible for ensuring that this Agreement is fully performed according to its terms, that subcontractor remains in compliance with the terms hereof, and that subcontractor complies with all state and federal laws and regulations relating to the Medicaid program in Vermont. Subcontracts, and any service provider agreements entered into by Party in connection with the performance of this Agreement, must clearly specify in writing the responsibilities of the subcontractor or other service provider and Party must retain the authority to revoke its subcontract or service provider agreement or to impose other sanctions if the performance of the subcontractor or service provider is inadequate or if its performance deviates from any requirement of this Agreement. Party shall make available on request all contracts, subcontracts and service provider agreements between the Party, subcontractors and other service providers to the Agency of Human Services and any of its departments as well as to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.
