100% Design Documents. Prepare 100% Drawings for disciplines defined under the design development portion of this scope which clearly define the scope, extent, and character of the work to be performed and furnished by the CPA and/or Selected Contractor. Drawing Scale is assumed to be 1:30 / 1:40 (Larger for overall type sheets), or 1:20 / 1:10 for details as necessary to clearly depict the proposed improvements in 24”x36” sheet size format. Half size prints if requested are also included. This document phase shall be considered as 100% drawing completion. Abbreviated specifications for site work (pavement, sidewalks, utilities, grading, erosion control, etc.) will be placed on the Drawings. Division 0 and Division 1 (i.e.-“front end documents”) documents will be prepared by the Client, if necessary for construction. A Booklet type of technical specifications is not included. Specifications shall be in the drawings. ISSUE FOR CONSTRUCTION (IFC) DOCUMENTS ATKINS will revise the 100% Site Civil Documents in response to CPA comments and reconcile the plans one time for incidental revisions resulting from the CPA review process. Deliverables: ATKINS will furnish four (4) signed and sealed drawings including electronic PDF files of the IFC Documents to the CPA. This submittal may not be made before all CPA requested revisions have been incorporated and has been completed. This document phase shall be considered as ISSUE FOR CONSTRUCTION. Issuance of IFC Documents could potentially fall after Bid Documents depending on Bid advertising. COORDINATION (DESIGN & PERMITTING) ATKINS shall coordinate with the Client to provide civil design information as requested and to communicate to other disciplines of design contracted by the Client about the status of the civil design activities and for coordinating the civil design documents with other design disciplines and Client interrelated permitting activities, including but not limited to: the CPA, waterside design, structural, electrical, telecommunications, lighting, survey and geotechnical consultants.

All major pieces of furniture and equipment to be fixed or supplied by the CM/GC shall be illustrated to scale.
