Design Information. For the purpose of developing agreed measures pursuant to Section V of this Annex, the Parties shall identify an agreed set of design information to be provided to the monitoring Party for disposition facilities. Once the set of design information is identified, that information shall be provided to the monitoring Party at an agreed time. The monitoring Party shall be allowed access to disposition facilities before operations and thereafter, as necessary to confirm design information, using agreed procedures.

Design Information. All non-proprietary project design information including sufficient background information to provide an overview of the project and to serve as a reference for the design considerations involved in a commercial-scale CO2 delivery, geologic injection and MVA operation. This includes a non- proprietary overview description of the technology/systems; non-proprietary process performance requirements and the evaluations and operating philosophies upon which those performance requirements are based; a complete set of non-proprietary equipment plot and elevation drawings, and process and instrumentation diagrams, which describe the operational configuration; and non-proprietary experimental methods (by description or reference).

4.2 RAC circuit schematics ---------------------- These schematics describe the transistor-level operation of the Rambus Interface. Rambus will provide both hardcopy and Cadence format of these approximately 50 pages of schematics. Approximately one of these pages describe the standard cells used in the logic schematics and the remaining 49 pages describe the DLL, I/O and current control circuits.
Design Information. The Company's drawings, details, etc If, and to the extent, that the Contractor is entitled to information, drawings, details and documents from the Company pursuant to the Contract, and the same is necessary in order to enable the Contractor to comply with the Contract, the Contractor shall notify the Company timeously setting out details of the information required and the time by which it is reasonably necessary to receive the same. Condition Precedent Notice It shall be a condition precedent to the Contractor's right to rely upon the Company's failure to provide such necessary information, drawings, details and documents as are required by the terms of the Contract that the Contractor shall have complied with the requirements of clause 2.1. Approval/ Disapproval of drawings etc The Company shall designate the Design Information as follows: "A" Proceed, with no comment; "B" Proceed, but take note of comments made; "C" Rejected. Must be resubmitted. If the Company fails to respond within 14 days of the date of receipt of any Design Information, then provided that the Contractor shall have made reasonable enquiries to establish the Design Information was received by the Company they shall be deemed to have an "A status" under clause 2.4 Proceeding with the Contract Works The Contractor shall not proceed with the relevant part of the Contract Works until all of the relevant Design Information has received "A" or "B" status under clause 2.4. Effect of approval and/or comments No approval or comment of the Company under clause 2.4 hereof shall in any way relieve the Contractor of its obligations to carry out and complete the Contract Works in accordance with the Contract, or in any way relieve the Contractor from its responsibility for the same.
