Investment Information. The investor has received and reviewed pertinent information regarding the Company, including the most recent SEC Forms 10-K and 10-Q prior to the execution of this Agreement and is capable of understanding and evaluating the information contained therein. Specifically, the Investor is fully aware of the risks relating to the business of the Company and purchase of the Common Shares. The Investor will rely solely upon its independent investigation and analysis in making the decision to purchase the Common Shares. In particular, and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Investor has not relied on, and the Investor's decision to subscribe for Common Shares has not been influenced by: (i) newspaper, magazine or other media articles or reports related to the Company or its business; (ii) promotional literature or other materials used by the Company for sales or marketing purposes, or (iii) any other written or oral statement of the Company or persons purporting to represent the Company. The Investor has had the opportunity to discuss all aspects of this transaction with management of the Company, has made or has had the opportunity to make such inspection of the books and records of the Company as the Investor has deemed necessary in connection with this investment, and any questions asked have been answered to the satisfaction of the Investor.
Investment Information. At the request of the Investor, the Corporation may provide to the Investor various offering documents related to the Corporation and the terms of the offer and sale of the Common Stock (the "Offering Documents"). The Investor acknowledges that such Offering Documents, if any, contain the views of the management of the Corporation, and that the analysis of the market and of the Corporation's strategy contained therein represents a subjective assessment about which reasonable persons could disagree.
Investment Information. The Investor, in making the decision to purchase the Shares, has relied solely upon the Investor’s independent investigations and has had access to the Company’s SEC Reports. The Investor represents that the Investor has read this Agreement and the Company’s SEC Reports and the Investor is familiar with the disclosures herein and therein. In evaluating the suitability of an investment in the Company, the Investor has not relied upon any representations or other information (whether oral or written) other than as set forth in this Agreement, the Company’s SEC Reports or as contained in any written answers to questions furnished by the Company or by any Person on the Company’s behalf.
Investment Information. The Investor acknowledges that the Written Disclosure contains the views of the management of the Company, and that the analysis or presentation of the Company's obligations and prospects, to the extent reflected therein, represents a subjective assessment about which reasonable persons could disagree.
Investment Information. The Portfolio Manager and any Affiliated Person may from time to time come into possession of material, non-public or other confidential information that, if disclosed, might affect an investor's decision to buy, sell or hold a Security. Under applicable law, the Affiliated Persons cannot improperly disclose or use this information for their personal benefit or for the benefit of any person or entity, including the Portfolio Manager's other customers. If any Affiliated Person obtains non-public or other confidential material information about any issuer, the Issuer and the Funding Agent acknowledges and agrees that such Affiliated Person will have no obligation to disclose the information to the Issuer or the Funding Agent or use it for the Issuer or the Funding Agent's benefit.
Investment Information. (a) Purchaser has been furnished with all the information necessary to make an informed investment decision. Purchaser has been given access to such information relating to Company as Purchaser has requested.

Investment Information. 1.30.1 The Customer requests UOBBF to contact the Customer concerning trading and investment opportunities that may come to UOBBF’s attention from time to time and that UOBBF believes may be of interest to the Customer.
