Applicable Law and Severability. This Agreement shall, in all respects, be governed by the laws of the State of California applicable to agreements executed and to be wholly performed within the State of California. Nothing contained herein shall be construed so as to require the commission of any act contrary to law, and wherever there is any conflict between any provision contained herein and any present or future statute, law, ordinance or regulation contrary to which the parties have no legal right to contract, the latter shall prevail but the provision of this Agreement which is affected shall be curtailed and limited only to the extent necessary to bring it within the requirements of the law.
Applicable Law and Severability. If you are a resident of or a company which place of business is in the US or EU, this License shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of your place of residence. In other cases, the laws of the Republic of Lithuania shall govern this License. Additionally, if you are a company which place of business is in the US, you agree that this License shall not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, the application of which is expressly excluded. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of the state courts sitting in Vilnius, Lithuania, and any action or proceeding arising out of this License will be heard and determined in such court. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision, or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, such provision will be interpreted in order to give effect to such provision to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remainder of this License will continue in full force and effect.

If any provision of this Agreement shall be held or deemed to be or shall in fact be inoperative or unenforceable as applied in any particular case in any jurisdiction or jurisdictions or in all cases because it conflicts with any other provision or provisions hereof or any constitution, statute, ordinance, rule of law or public policy, or for any reason, such circumstance shall not have the effect of rendering any other provision or provisions contained herein invalid, inoperative or unenforceable to any extent whatsoever. The invalidity of any one or more phrases, sentences, clauses, or sections contained in this Agreement shall not affect the remaining portions of this Agreement or any part thereof. In the event that this Agreement is determined to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it shall be terminated immediately.

Applicable Law and Severability. The parties agree that the terms of this Agreement are contractual in nature and not merely recitals and will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The parties further agree that should any part of this Agreement be declared or determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the parties intend the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining parts will not be affected thereby, and said illegal, invalid, or unenforceable part will be deemed not to be a part of the Agreement.
Applicable Law and Severability. To the extent not preempted by the laws of the United States, the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania shall be the controlling law in all matters relating to the Agreement. If a provision of this Agreement shall be held illegal or invalid, the illegality or invalidity shall not affect the remaining parts of the Agreement and the Agreement shall be construed and enforced as if the illegal or invalid provision had not been included.
Applicable Law and Severability. The laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflicts of law rules shall exclusively govern this warranty. If any provi- sion in the Warranties is, for any reason, held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, that invalidity, ille- gality, or unenforceability will not affect any other provisions of the Warranties, but the Warranties will be construed as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provisions had never been contained in the Warranties, unless, the deletion of such provisions would result in a change of such scope that the Warranties become commercially unreasonable.
Applicable Law and Severability. This Agreement shall be construed as if each party drafted it and will be construed under the law of the State of California. If any provisions of this Agreement are determined by any court to be illegal or invalid, the validity of the remaining parts, terms or provisions shall not be affected, and the illegal or invalid part, term, or provision shall not be deemed to be part of this Agreement.
