Parts of the Agreement. This agreement shall always be deemed to be subject to the provisions of Chhattisgarh Tendu Patta (Vyapar Viniyaman) Adhiniyam 1964, the rules made there under and the orders and notifications issued from time to time under the said Xxxxxxxxx and the rules and the terms and conditions of the said Tender Notice including the General/other terms and conditions of the tender and instructions for Tenderers contained in Annexure I of the Tender notice, all of which shall form part of and shall be deemed to have become part of this agreement and which shall be construed to have been specifically provided for in these presents.

Parts of the Agreement. The Agreement, its exhibits and schedules, including Exhibit A General Terms and Conditions, below, constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties with respect to the Product(s) identified in the applicable Subscription or related Services in the applicable Statement of Work and to matters arising from this Agreement, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement. The exhibits, schedules and Subscriptions referred to in this Agreement are fully incorporated herein by this reference and form an integral part of this Agreement. The terms and conditions set forth in each Subscription shall apply only to the Products identified in that Subscription.
