Position from Director Agreement

This DIRECTOR AGREEMENT is made as of May [*], 2017 (the "Agreement"), by and between Sports Field Holdings, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company"), and Tom Minichiello, an individual with an address at 1416 Kallien Avenue, Naperville, Illinois 60540 (the "Director").

Position. Subject to the terms and provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall cause the Director to be appointed, and the Director hereby agrees to serve the Company in such position, upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth, provided, however, that the Director's continued service on the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") after the next annual stockholders' meeting shall be subject to approval by a majority of the Company's stockholders.

Position from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of March 31, 2017 (the "Effective Date") between Zayo Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company") and Andrew Crouch (the "Executive") (each of the foregoing individually a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").

Position. During the Term, the Executive shall serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall also serve in such other capacities as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") consistent with the Executive's position and shall render such other services for the Company as the Board may from time to time reasonably request and as shall be consistent with the Executive's position and responsibilities. The Executive's position will be based in Colorado.

Position from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of March 31, 2017 (the "Effective Date") between Zayo Group, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the "Company") and Andrew Crouch (the "Executive") (each of the foregoing individually a "Party" and collectively the "Parties").

Position. During the Term, the Executive shall serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company, and shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. During the Term, the Executive shall also serve in such other capacities as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer or the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") consistent with the Executive's position and shall render such other services for the Company as the Board may from time to time reasonably request and as shall be consistent with the Executive's position and responsibilities. The Executive's position will be based in Colorado.

Position

Position. On the Effective Date, you will begin to serve as Chief Executive Officer ("CEO") of the Company. In this capacity, you will report directly to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") and have all of the customary authorities, duties and responsibilities that accompany your position. Throughout your employment with the Company, you agree to devote substantially all of your business time and attention to the business and affairs of the Company and to perform your duties in a diligent, competent, professional and skillful manner and in accordance with applicable law and the Company's policies and procedures. In addition to fulfilling your responsibilities as CEO, you will be appointed to serve on the Board and it is expected that you will be nominated for re-election to the Board upon the expiration of your term of service thereon.

Position from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is made and entered into as of February 14, 2017 (the "Effective Date"), by and between Cecil Kyte, an individual (the "Executive"), and Rightscorp, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the "Company").

Position. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board"). In such position, the Executive shall have such duties, authority, and responsibility as shall be determined from time to time by the Board, which duties, authority, and responsibility are consistent with the Executive's position.

Position

Position. Your appointment to the Board of Directors of the Company (the Board) as executive director shall be proposed to the shareholders of the Company for vote at the annual general meeting of the Companys shareholders scheduled to be held in June 2016, and, subject to such shareholder approval, the Board will then promptly appoint you as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective as of the Effective Date. In this role, you shall report to the Board. Following the Effective Date, you and the Board will mutually agree as to whether you will be appointed as President (or any similar role) of any subsidiary of the Company and whether you will serve as a member of the board of directors of any member of the Constellium Group (in addition to the Company) and any committees of any member of the Constellium Group.

Position from Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement (this "Agreement"), dated as of January 17, 2017, is entered into by and between Merrimack Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a place of business at One Kendall Square, Suite B7201, Cambridge, Massachusetts 02139 (the "Company"), and Richard Peters (the "Employee").

Position. During the Term of Employment, the Employee shall serve as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and in such additional position(s) as he and the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Board") shall agree. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date, the Board shall elect the Employee to be a member of the Board.

On behalf of TESARO, Inc. (the "Company"), I am very pleased to offer you an amended and restated employment letter in connection with your ongoing employment in the position of [TITLE].

Position. You will continue as the [TITLE] of the Company. In this role, you will have the duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities that are customarily associated with your position and those that are assigned to you by the Company's [Chief Executive Officer/President]. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will devote your full professional time and efforts to the business activities and other activities of the Company, and other activities that may be approved in advance by the Company's [Chief Executive Officer/President] and/or Board of Directors (the "Board"). Your employment under the terms of this letter agreement shall terminate in accordance with Section 6 below.

On behalf of TESARO, Inc. (the "Company"), I am very pleased to offer you an amended and restated employment letter in connection with your ongoing employment in the position of Chief Executive Officer.

Position. You will continue as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. As Chief Executive Officer, you will have the duties, authorities and responsibilities commensurate with the duties, authorities and responsibilities that are customarily associated with such position, and such other duties, authorities and responsibilities the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") designate from time to time that are not inconsistent with such position. You will perform such duties to the Company at the Company's office headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts and will report directly to the Board, and all employees shall report to you or your designee. Your employment under the terms of this letter agreement shall terminate in accordance with Section 6 below. During the term of your employment with the Company, you will devote your full professional time and efforts to the business activities and other activities of the Company, except that you may engage in the business activities and other activities described on Appendix A of this letter, and other activities that may be approved in advance by the Board.

Position

On behalf of ServiceNow, Inc. (the Company), this letter agreement (the Agreement) sets forth the terms and conditions of your appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

Position. Effective on April 1, 2017, you will be appointed as the Companys President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) reporting to the Companys Board of Directors (the Board). You will have all of the duties, responsibilities and authority commensurate with the position. Your employment with the Company will commence as soon as practicable on a date to be determined by you and the Board, which shall be no later than April 1, 2017 (such start date, your Start Date); provided that the effective date of your appointment as CEO and as a member of the Board (as set forth below) shall be April 1, 2017. Your office will be at the Companys headquarters, currently located in Santa Clara, CA. You will be expected to devote your full working time and attention to the business of the Company, and you will not render services to any other business without the prior approval of the Board. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may manage personal investments, participate in civic, charitable, professional and academic activities (including serving on boards and committees), and, subject to prior approval by the Board, serve on the board of directors (and any committees) and/or as an advisor of other for-profit companies, provided that such activities do not at the time the activity or activities commence or thereafter (i) create an actual or potential business or fiduciary conflict of interest or (ii) individually or in the aggregate, interfere materially with the performance of your duties to the Company. Effective April 1, 2017, you will be appointed to the Board and during the Employment Term (as defined below) subject to the requirements of applicable law (including, without limitation, any rules or regulations of any exchange on which the common stock of the Company is listed, if applicable), the Board or the appropriate committee of the Board will nominate you for re- election to the Board at each annual meeting at which you are subject to re-election.
