Common use of Position Clause in Contracts

Position. Executive shall serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policies.

Position. Position. Executive shall serve is employed as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the term of right to modify Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts position and substantially all of Executive’s business duties at any time in its sole and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesabsolute discretion.

Position. During the Term, Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President – Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Chief Executive Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerOfficer (the “CEO”). During the term of Executive’s employment with the CompanyIn such capacity, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts shall have the duties, functions, responsibilities, and substantially all of Executive’s business authority customarily appertaining to that position and shall have such other duties, functions, responsibilities, and authority consistent with such position as are from time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted time delegated to her by the Company’s general employment policiesCEO.

Position. Executive shall serve is employed as the Company’s Executive Vice President of Company and Chief Financial Officershall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company at the present date and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. During Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Position. Executive is employed as the Executive Vice President, Finance and Capital Markets and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) both upon initial hire and as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall serve as perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the term of right to modify Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts position and substantially all of Executive’s business duties at any time in its sole and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesabsolute discretion.

Position. Position. During the Employment Term, the Executive shall serve as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Marketing (collectively, the “CFO”) of the Company reporting directly to the Chief Financial OfficerExecutive Officer (“CEO”), and when appropriate and in connection with financial reporting and disclosure, to the Audit Committee and respective Chairperson. Position. Executive shall serve is employed as the Company’s Executive Senior Vice President and General Counsel and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company's Chief Financial OfficerExecutive Officer (“CEO”), as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. During Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the term of right to modify Executive’s employment 's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the Company, Executive will devote position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel or are otherwise agreed upon with Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policies.

Position. Executive shall serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President President, Chief Financial Officer and Secretary. The Company agrees that the duties that may be assigned Executive shall be the usual and customary duties of the offices of Chief Financial Officer. During Executive shall have such Executive power and authority as shall reasonably be required to enable Executive to discharge the term duties of such offices. Executive may, at Executive’s employment with 's discretion, serve the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts Company and/or its respective subsidiaries and substantially all of Executive’s business time affiliates in other offices and attention capacities in addition to the business of the Companyforegoing, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesbut shall not be required to do so.

Position. Executive is employed as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company's Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”), as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall serve as perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the Company’s Executive Vice President right to modify Executive's position and Chief Financial Officer. During duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the term of Executive’s employment duties assigned are consistent with the Companyposition of Senior Vice President, Executive will devote Human Resources or are otherwise agreed upon with Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policies.

Position. Executive shall serve is employed as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Executive shall serve as perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the term of right to modify Executive’s employment position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the Company, position of a senior executive and that Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention continues to report to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesChief Executive Officer (“CEO”).

Position. The Executive shall serve be employed as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerOfficer or such other position of reasonably comparable or greater status and responsibilities, as may be determined by the Board of Directors. Executive is employed as Vice President of Research and Development and Chief Technical Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company’s Chief Executive Officer, both upon the Effective Date and as may reasonably be assigned from time to time. Executive shall serve as perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the term of right to modify Executive’s employment position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the Company, position of a senior executive and that Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention continues to report to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesChief Executive Officer.

Position. During Executive’s employment, Executive shall serve as Executive Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company or in such other capacity of like status as the Company requires. In this position, Executive shall report directly to the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerOfficer or to such other person as the Company may specify from time to time. During Notwithstanding anything else contained within this Agreement, the term of Company shall be entitled from time to time to appoint one or more persons to act jointly with Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesin its sole discretion.

Position. Executive is employed as Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Development and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time. Executive shall serve as perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Subject to Section 7.3, Company reserves the Companyright to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the term of Executive’s employment with the CompanyPresident, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesCorporate Strategy & Development.

Position. Executive shall serve is employed as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial OfficerTechnology Officer and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company’s Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) as may be reasonably assigned to him from time to time. During Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Position. The Executive shall serve as will be employed as, and hold the Company’s title of, Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, and will have the duties, powers, and responsibilities as are customary for such position. Position. The Executive shall serve is employed as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Chief Credit Officer, Chief Compliance and Risk Manager of the Bank, subject to the direction of the President and Chief Financial Officer. During Executive Officer (hereinafter “CEO”) or its designee(s) and shall perform and discharge well and faithfully the term of Executive’s employment duties which may be assigned to him from time to time by the Employer in connection with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts conduct of its business. The duties and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business responsibilities of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesExecutive are set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto.

Position. Executive is employed as Executive Vice President of Company, and shall have the duties and responsibilities set forth on Exhibit B and such other comparable duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company's Chief Executive Officer from time to time. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the right to modify Executive's duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion. Executive shall also serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During Business Development and shall have the term of duties and responsibilities, commensurate with the Executive’s employment with position, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time by Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive shall report. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the Company’s Executive Vice President right to modify Executive's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of Chief Financial Officer. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Officer and that Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention continues to report directly to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesCEO.

Position. Executive is employed as Executive Vice President, Services, and shall have the duties and responsibilities assigned by Company's Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) as may be reasonably assigned from time to time. Executive shall serve as perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the Company’s right to modify Executive's position and duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion, provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the term of President, Services or are otherwise agreed upon with Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policies.

Position. Executive shall serve is employed as the Company’s Executive Vice President President, Strategy & Emerging Businesses and Chief Financial Officer. During shall have the term of duties and responsibilities, commensurate with the Executive’s employment with position, as may be reasonably assigned from time to time by Company’s Chief Executive Officer, to whom Executive shall report. Executive shall perform faithfully and diligently all duties assigned to Executive. Company reserves the Company, Executive will devote right to modify Executive’s best efforts position and substantially all of Executive’s business duties at any time in its sole and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesabsolute discretion.

Position. During the term of Executive’s employment, Executive shall serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company and shall be responsible for the general financial matters of the Company as directed by the Chief Executive Officer. During the term of Executive’s employment duties shall include formulating Company financial policy and plans, directing activities associated with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business investment of the Company’s assets and funds, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods the general management of illness or other incapacities permitted accounting, tax, insurance, budget, credit and treasury functions. Executive shall perform such additional duties and have the responsibilities and powers as delegated to him from time to time by the Chief Executive Officer. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Executive Officer of the Company’s general employment policies.

Subject to Section 7.3, Company reserves the Companyright to modify Executive’s duties at any time in its sole and absolute discretion provided that the duties assigned are consistent with the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. During the term of Executive’s employment with the Company, Executive will devote Executive’s best efforts and substantially all of Executive’s business time and attention to the business of the Company, except for approved vacation periods and reasonable periods of illness or other incapacities permitted by the Company’s general employment policiesPresident.
