Common use of Position Clause in Contracts

Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of Chair, President and CEO. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion.

Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of Chair, President and CEOChief Executive Officer. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the CompanyBoard of Directors of the Company (the “Board”). Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by the reasonable rules, regulations, and practices of the Company as adopted or modified from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion. Executive shall initially report to Chief Executive Officer.

Position. Executive is employed by as Founder and Head of Corporate Development of the Company to render services Company, reporting to the Company in Company’s board of directors. The duties and responsibilities of Executive shall include the position duties and responsibilities for the direct supervision, direction and control of Chairthe Company’s corporate development, President marketing and CEOsales. The Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in may be prescribed for him by the Company’s sole discretionchief executive officer or the Company’s board of directors, in all cases to be consistent with Executive’s corporate offices and positions.”

Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of Chair, President and CEOChief Executive Officer. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Chief Executive Officer and shall perform all services appropriate to that position, as well as such duties and responsibilities other services as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter may reasonably be assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by devote his best efforts and full-time attention to the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time performance of his duties. Executive shall report to time in the Board of Directors of the Company’s sole discretion.

Position. Executive is employed by as Chief Executive Officer of the Company to render services Company, reporting to the Company in Company’s board of directors. The duties and responsibilities of Executive shall include the duties and responsibilities for the direct supervision, direction and control of the Company’s day-to-day operations and those otherwise customarily associated with the position of Chair, President and CEOChief Executive Office of a corporation. The Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in may be prescribed for him by the Company’s sole discretionboard of directors, in all cases to be consistent with Executive’s corporate offices and positions.

Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of Chair, Corporate Officer and Vice President and CEOof Business Development. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in the Company’s sole discretion. Executive shall report to the Company President. In the event that there is no President the Executive will report to the Board of Directors of the Company.

Position. Executive is employed by as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company to render services Company, reporting to the Company in Company’s board of directors. The duties and responsibilities of Executive shall include the position duties and responsibilities for the direct supervision, direction and control of Chair, President and CEOthe Company’s operations. The Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in may be prescribed for him by the Company’s sole discretionboard of directors, in all cases to be consistent with Executive’s corporate offices and positions.

Position. The Executive is employed by to perform the role of Executive Chairman and President. The Executive also agrees to act as a Director of the Company to render services to (or any entity within the Company in the position of Chair, President and CEO. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties duties, consistent with the position of Chief Financial Officer, now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the CompanyBoard of Directors of the Company (“Board”). Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to both the Company and Research Solutions in the position of Chair, President Chief Sales and CEOMarketing Officer. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position positions in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the CompanyCompany and Research Solutions. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in the Company’s or Research Solutions’s sole discretion.

Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to the Company in the position of Chairof­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­ ­­­Vice President, President General Counsel and CEOSecretary. Executive shall report directly to the Chief Financial Officer. Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position position, in accordance with the standards of the industry standards, and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Board of Directors of the Company. Position. Executive is employed by the Company to render services to the Company on a part-time basis in the position of ChairFounder/Merchant, President and CEOreporting to the Chief Executive Officer, as set forth in more detail on Exhibit A hereto. Executive shall perform such the duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position described in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Position. Executive is employed by as Chief Operating Officer and Investor Relations of the Company to render services Company, reporting to the Company Company’s board of directors. The duties and responsibilities of Executive shall include the duties and responsibilities for the structuring and implementation of capital raises, either public or private, for the company, help support the releasing of information, assist in the position of Chairhandling inquiries from Shareholders and media, President and CEOproviding feedback to management. The Executive shall perform such duties and responsibilities as are normally related to such position in accordance with the standards of the industry and any additional duties now or hereafter assigned to Executive by the Company. Executive shall abide by the rules, regulations, and practices as adopted or modified from time to time in may be prescribed for him by the Company’s sole discretionboard of directors, in all cases to be consistent with Executive’s corporate offices and positions.
